Kiss The Son

With each generation, church attendance, bible reading, following Christ, and believing in Jesus and God decreases. Many believe that these are steps forward in progress away from the patriarchal oppression brought on by colonizers. Is that what Christianity is? Is it oppressive and has no place in our society today? Are we progressing as we separate Church and State by removing Church from every aspect of our lives? Join Reverend Kenny Yates as he opens our eyes to what is truly at stake in his message, Kiss The Son.

Kiss The Son

Who Is The Son?

1 Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying, “Let us burst their bonds apart and cast away their cords from us.” He who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord holds them in derision. Then He will speak to them in His wrath, and terrify them in His fury, saying, “As for me, I have set my King on Zion, my holy hill.” I will tell of the decree: The Lord said to me, “You are my Son; today I have begotten you. Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron and dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.10 Now therefore, O kings, be wise; be warned, O rulers of the earth. 11 Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling. 12 Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and you perish in the way, for His wrath is quickly kindled. Blessed are all who take refuge in Him.

Psalms 2

16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through Him. 18 Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. 19 And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil. 20 For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed. 21 But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in God.

Think Carefully Before You Act

Today, so many in the Church don’t like to think about the future, especially eternity. We focus on what’s affecting us at this moment without fully weighing the consequences of our actions. We hold to the idea that as long as we want it in our hearts, it’s good, and the desire is from God. But is this true? Can you listen to your heart? Can you truly let your heart guide you through life? Join Reverend Kenny Yates as he opens our eyes to the importance of our decisions in his message, Think Carefully Before You Act.

Think Carefully Before You Act

Think Carefully Before You Act, There Are Consequences To Your Actions

20 My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words. 21 Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; 22 for they are life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body. 23 Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. 24 Keep your mouth free of perversity; keep corrupt talk far from your lips. 25 Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you. 26 Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways. 27 Do not turn to the right or the left; keep your foot from evil.

Proverbs 4:20-27

Can You Trust Your Heart?

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it? 10 I the Lord search the heart and test the mind, to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds.

Jeremiah 17:9–10

The Importance of Your Soul

21 Therefore put away all filthiness and rampant wickedness and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. 22 But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.

James 1:21-22

Can You Sell Your Soul?

26 For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?

‘Tis The Season: Christmas is Giving

Christmas time has become a hectic time of shopping, lights, and decorating. Often times it’s easy to get caught up in the rush of everything that we forget the true meaning of Christmas. We forget that Christmas is the season of giving and rejoicing for Christ (our ultimate Christmas gift) came 2000 years ago to give us the hope of Salvation in Him. Join Reverend Kenny Yates as he dives deeper into the true meaning of the Christmas season in his message, ‘Tis The Season: Christmas is Giving.

Christmas is Giving

Why Do We Give At Christmas?

At Christmas time we give gifts because God gave the ultimate gift of His Son Jesus 2,000 years ago. The wise men continued this tradition when they brought the gifts of Frankincense, Gold, and Myrrh. We continue this tradition today by giving gifts to our loved ones.

16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.

John 3:16

11 And going into the house, they (the wise men) saw the child with Mary His mother, and they fell down and worshiped Him. Then, opening their treasures, they offered Him gifts, gold and frankincense and myrrh.

Matthew 2:11

The Gift of Christ

Jesus was the ultimate Christmas gift. God set the standard for giving when He gave His one and only Son that we might have Salvation in Him. This Christmas season, remember that giving is more than just physical gifts, for God gave more than just something bought in a store.

30 And the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. 31 And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call His name Jesus. 32 He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. And the Lord God will give to Him the throne of His father David, 33 and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.”

Flattery, Lies, and Consequences Pt. 2: Pay Back Ain’t No Beach Trip

So many people love to have their ears tickled. They love to hear what they want to hear, over hearing the Truth. Because of this, they are so easily manipulated. But what about the flatterers? Are there consequences to flattery? Join Reverend Kenny Yates as he presents a hard pill to swallow in his message, Flattery, Lies, and Consequences Pt. 2: Pay Back Ain’t No Beach Trip.

Is Flattery a Sin?

The Beast shall overcome the world by flattery.

31 Forces from him shall appear and profane the temple and fortress, and shall take away the regular burnt offering. And they shall set up the abomination that makes desolate. 32 He shall seduce with flattery those who violate the covenant, but the people who know their God shall stand firm and take action. 33 And the wise among the people shall make many understand, though for some days they shall stumble by sword and flame, by captivity and plunder.

Daniel 11:31-33

Job made sure that he didn’t use flattery because he knew that flattery was a sin.

20 I must speak, that I may find relief; I must open my lips and answer. 21 I will not show partiality to any man or use flattery toward any person. 22 For I do not know how to flatter, else my Maker would soon take me away.

Job 32:20-22

Paul says that it is by flattery that the people are deceived into sin.

17 I appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; avoid them. 18 For such persons do not serve our Lord Christ, but their own appetites, and by smooth talk and flattery they deceive the hearts of the naive. 19 For your obedience is known to all, so that I rejoice over you, but I want you to be wise as to what is good and innocent as to what is evil.

Romans 16:17-19

Consequences of Flattery

When King Darius realized that the men had used flattery to manipulate him, the very thing they intended to do to Daniel was done to them and their families.

24 And the king commanded, and those men who had maliciously accused Daniel were brought and cast into the den of lions—they, their children, and their wives. And before they reached the bottom of the den, the lions overpowered them and broke all their bones in pieces.

Daniel 6:24

Flattery is a form of manipulation, and God doesn’t take it lightly. Therefore, He promises that no person will get away with flattery or any other form of deceit.

Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.

Flattery, Lies, and Consequences Pt. 1: Beware of Flattering Lips

Flattery has become almost synonymous with lies, which always seems to end with negative consequences. In today’s world, we often lean towards having our ears tickled by flattering tongues. The Truth has become rarer and rarer in these last couple of years. Feelings have become our main focus instead of facts. The world has tried to convince us that this is progress, but is it? Flattery, Lies, and Consequences in the Bible

The Beast

31 Forces from him shall appear and profane the temple and fortress, and shall take away the regular burnt offering. And they shall set up the abomination that makes desolate. 32 He shall seduce with flattery those who violate the covenant, but the people who know their God shall stand firm and take action. 33 And the wise among the people shall make many understand, though for some days they shall stumble by sword and flame, by captivity and plunder.

Daniel 11:31-33

The Beast will deceive the entire world by flattery, and those lies will lead those who follow him into an eternal consequence because their ears were tickled and they believed feelings over facts.

Flattering Lips

For our appeal does not spring from error or impurity or any attempt to deceive, but just as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel, so we speak, not to please man, but to please God who tests our hearts. For we never came with words of flattery, as you know, nor with a pretext for greed—God is witness.

1 Thessalonians 2:3-5

Paul warned the people of Thessalonica that flattery is the same as lies because it is deceit and leads to negative consequences.

Heaven or Hell, Your Choice

There’s a common belief that is becoming more and more prevalent in the Church, and that’s that there is no Hell. That Hell is here on earth, but our Bibles tell us differently. Hell is a real place that many people will spend eternity, but you don’t have to. No one has to go to Hell. No one has to spend eternity in torment in hot burning flames that never ceases. Join Reverend Kenny Yates as he shows us the path to eternal life and how to choose our own eternity in his message, Heaven or Hell, Your Choice.

Heaven or Hell

Eternity is Your Choice

Nobody can choose your own eternity for you. It’s up to you. You have to decide where you’re gonna spend your eternity. This was designed from the beginning.

9b The tree of life was in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

Genesis 2:9b

19 I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore choose life, that you and your offspring may live,

Deuteronomy 30:19

Nothing has changed. Life and death are still set before us today. The choice is ours.

20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.

Revelation 3:20

Choose Life

Jesus already did all the heavy lifting. He already paid our debt, overcame the world and sin. All we have to do now is accept His salvation.

But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim); because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.

Hijacking the Human Genome Pt. 2: The Future of Humanity

Time is no longer counting up. Time is now counting down. It’s counting down to the end of the world as we know it. It’s counting down to the coming of Christ. The early Church was in the last days, and we are now in the last minutes. We, Church, are running out of time. The enemy is setting the stage for a New World Order. A One World Government. This is no longer a farfetched or even an outrageous Sci-Fi idea. The threat of Tribulation is knocking right at our door. Hijacking the Human Genome Pt. 2: The Future of Humanity

The Future of Humanity

1 And the fifth angel blew his trumpet, and I saw a star fallen from heaven to earth, and he was given the key to the shaft of the bottomless pit.He opened the shaft of the bottomless pit, and from the shaft rose smoke like the smoke of a great furnace, and the sun and the air were darkened with the smoke from the shaft. Then from the smoke came locusts on the earth, and they were given power like the power of scorpions of the earth.

They were told not to harm the grass of the earth or any green plant or any tree, but only those people who do not have the seal of God on their foreheads. They were allowed to torment them for five months, but not to kill them, and their torment was like the torment of a scorpion when it stings someone. And in those days people will seek death and will not find it. They will long to die, but death will flee from them.

Revelation 9:1-6

How could people wish to die, but death never come? Is it possible that they are hijacking the human genome? Could genetically modified humans be our future?

New World Order Verses

And the beast was given a mouth uttering haughty and blasphemous words, and it was allowed to exercise authority for forty-two months. It opened its mouth to utter blasphemies against God, blaspheming his name and his dwelling, that is, those who dwell in heaven. Also it was allowed to make war on the saints and to conquer them. And authority was given it over every tribe and people and language and nation, and all who dwell on earth will worship it, everyone whose name has not been written before the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain.

Revelation 13:5-8

15 And it was allowed to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast might even speak and might cause those who would not worship the image of the beast to be slain. 16 Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, 17 so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name. 18 This calls for wisdom: let the one who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and his number is 666.

Revelation 13:15-18

These two verses point to a New World Order, a One World Government. Both of these verses claim that the New World Order, or One World Government will be let by a single leader, the Beast Out of the Sea.

Sign of Perilous Times

1 But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people. For among them are those who creep into households and capture weak women, burdened with sins and led astray by various passions, always learning and never able to arrive at a knowledge of the truth.

Hijacking the Human Genome Pt. 1: Programming a New Humanity

Thousands of years ago, all the people of the earth came together to build a tower to reach into Heaven. They came so close that God came down and confused their languages. Before the tower, a single man was able to build an entire ark to Withstand the flood by himself. In the future, the Beast out of the Earth will be able to bring life to an image built by mankind. Technology is advancing rapidly in our society today. Could they be attempting to corrupt human DNA? It’s not impossible to believe that what was once thought of as science fiction is becoming reality in our world today, just as the Tower of Babel in the ancient world. Join Reverend Kenny Yates as he opens our eyes to the science fiction that is becoming reality and how it relates to Scripture in his message Hijacking the Human Genome Pt. 1: Programming a New Humanity.

Hijacking the Human Genome Pt. 1: Promgramming a New Humanity

Humans Unable to Die

Then from the smoke came locusts on the earth, and they were given power like the power of scorpions of the earth. They were told not to harm the grass of the earth or any green plant or any tree, but only those people who do not have the seal of God on their foreheads. They were allowed to torment them for five months, but not to kill them, and their torment was like the torment of a scorpion when it stings someone. And in those days people will seek death and will not find it. They will long to die, but death will flee from them.

Revelation 9:3-6

Not once during the seven bowls of the Wrath of God did anyone die. How is this possible, unless they in some way corrupt human DNA? Could they be attempting to program a new humanity? A new form of technology?

17 The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple, from the throne, saying, “It is done!” 18 And there were flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, and a great earthquake such as there had never been since man was on the earth, so great was that earthquake. 19 The great city was split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell, and God remembered Babylon the great, to make her drain the cup of the wine of the fury of his wrath. 20 And every island fled away, and no mountains were to be found. 21 And great hailstones, about one hundred pounds each, fell from heaven on people; and they cursed God for the plague of the hail, because the plague was so severe.

Revelation 16:17-21

Corrupting Human DNA

The only logical way that people would be unable to die, is if they were genetically modified in some way. It seems that they are hijacking the human genome, in other words, corrupting human DNA with a new form of technology.

Ode To Grandparents

It’s easy to think that as a grandparent, your job is now done. Your only job is to make sure your grandchildren are happy because they have parents of their own. But Grandparents still have a role to play in each of their grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s lives. There is great importance of grandparents in both their children and grandchildren’s lives. Join Reverend Kenny Yates as he sheds some light on the importance and role of grandparents in his message, Ode To Grandparents.

Importance of Grandparents

We pay homage to our grandparents, especially today. It’s easy to overlook grandparents and the role they play in our lives. In, Ode To Grandparents, Reverend Kenny Yates explained that grandparents have great influence in their descendants’ lives. Look at how important grandparents/ancestors are in the Bible.

You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. You shall not bow down to them or serve them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, 10 but showing steadfast love to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments.

Deuteronomy 5:8-10

And He said, “I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” And Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look at God.

Exodus 3:6

Did you not, our God, drive out the inhabitants of this land before your people Israel, and give it forever to the descendants of Abraham your friend?

2 Chronicles 20:7

Grandchildren are the crown of the aged, and the glory of children is their fathers.

Proverbs 17:6

What we do today affects not only those around us now but those of our descendants in the future. If Abraham had never believed God or listened to Him, the Jews wouldn’t be chosen today. Never forget that your life is of great importance to more than just you, but to all who will come in contact with you.

Are We There Yet?

Revelation foretells of many coming daunting events, with Revelation 9 at the top. It tells off a mystery being named Abaddon/Apollyon that rises out of the Bottomless Pit and brings destruction and torment on the earth. Many feel as though these kinds of events are so far off that they seem almost futuristic. But is that true? Are these events far off? Or will they take place in our generation? Join Reverend Kenny Yates in his warning message, Are We There Yet?, and you decide.

Revelation 9:1-6
Genesis 1:1
Revelation 9:11
Revelation 17:8

Are We There Yet?

Abaddon/Apollyon

1 And the fifth angel blew his trumpet, and I saw a star fallen from heaven to earth, and he was given the key to the shaft of the bottomless pit. He opened the shaft of the bottomless pit, and from the shaft rose smoke like the smoke of a great furnace, and the sun and the air were darkened with the smoke from the shaft.

10 They have tails and stings like scorpions, and their power to hurt people for five months is in their tails. 11 They have as king over them the angel of the bottomless pit. His name in Hebrew is Abaddon, and in Greek he is called Apollyon.

Revelation 9:1-6, 10-11

The Beast of the Bottomless Pit

In Revelation 9:11 the only prominent figure capable to kill the Two Witnesses of God is Abaddon/Apollyon. Therefore, we believe that the beast that rises from the Bottomless Pit in chapter 11 and 17 are referencing Abaddon/Apollyon.

1 Then I was given a measuring rod like a staff, and I was told, “Rise and measure the temple of God and the altar and those who worship there, but do not measure the court outside the temple; leave that out, for it is given over to the nations, and they will trample the holy city for forty-two months. And I will grant authority to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth.” These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth.

And if anyone would harm them, fire pours from their mouth and consumes their foes. If anyone would harm them, this is how he is doomed to be killed. They have the power to shut the sky, that no rain may fall during the days of their prophesying, and they have power over the waters to turn them into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague, as often as they desire.

And when they have finished their testimony, the beast that rises from the bottomless pit will make war on them and conquer them and kill them, and their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city that symbolically is called Sodom and Egypt, where their Lord was crucified. For three and a half days some from the peoples and tribes and languages and nations will gaze at their dead bodies and refuse to let them be placed in a tomb, 10 and those who dwell on the earth will rejoice over them and make merry and exchange presents, because these two prophets had been a torment to those who dwell on the earth. 11 But after the three and a half days a breath of life from God entered them, and they stood up on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them.

12 Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here!” And they went up to heaven in a cloud, and their enemies watched them. 13 And at that hour there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city fell. Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the rest were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven.

Revelation 11:1-13
