Give Thanks With A Grateful Heart

Sometimes life gets in the way, and we forget to be thankful. We forget to look for the good, in the bad. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 says, 16Rejoice always, 17pray continually, 18give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” Giving thanks isn’t easy. Giving thanks isn’t fun. It doesn’t happen often, but it needs to. It needs to be one of our foundational blocks. We should be giving thanks every morning because we have new life. Every night because we have hope. And every day because we have Jesus. So give thanks with a grateful heart, for you are blessed!
