Should Christians Celebrate Christmas?

Over the last few decades, many churches and Christians have spoken out against the Christmas holiday. They claim that Christmas isn’t a Christian religion, but, like Halloween, is actually rooted in Paganism and was an attempt by the Church to celebrate a Pagan holiday by making it about the birth of Christ. They further explain that Jesus Christ wasn’t even born on December 25th, so we, as Christians, have no reason to celebrate this pagan holiday. They explain that Christmas is rooted in Mithraism, the cult of Tammuz, and Saturnalia, but is this true? Join ArieRashelle as she searches through Scripture and history for the truth behind the origins of Christmas in her video, Should Christians Celebrate Christmas?

Should Christians Celebrate Christmas?

Christians Have No Part With Darkness

15 What accord has Christ with Belial? Or what portion does a believer share with an unbeliever? 16 What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; as God said, “I will make my dwelling among them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 17 Therefore go out from their midst, and be separate from them, says the Lord, and touch no unclean thing; then I will welcome you, 18 and I will be a father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to me, says the Lord Almighty.”

2 Corinthians 6:14-18
