God’s Concern For The Lost

“10 And the LORD said, ‘You pity the plant, for which you did not labor, nor did you make it grow, which came into being in a night and perished in a night. 11 And should not I pity Nineveh, that great city, in which there are more than 120,000 persons who do not know their right hand from their left, and also much cattle?’” ~ Jonah 4:10-11

Jonah was a prophet sent by the LORD to warn the great city of Nineveh that their time to repent was here, for judgment would come in 40 days. But Jonah ran from his call because he wanted to see God’s judgment and fierce wrath upon the wicked. We have each been called by God, just as Jonah was, and just as Jonah ran from his call, so do some of us. Join Reverend Kenny Yates as he explains our greatest call in life in our latest message, “God’s Concern For The Lost.”
